Grooming is not a natural process for dogs or cats.  So naturally if they are not familiar with the grooming process a groomer can expect a dog or cat to react uncooperatively.  An uncooperative Surcharge is a fee to account for the time spent to acclimate and train your pet to the grooming process with as little trauma or impact as possible.  Through careful patience and training I will educate your pet  on his or her cooperative expectations in the most human way possible, however I will allow your pet to determine how successful we will be.  That being said, if a pet is not responsive to table/grooming training then at my discretion the grooming session will be called off for the safety of your pet. Services are not guaranteed in the event of an uncooperative pet and time spent working with your pet will have charges applied..
